Cancellation policy
If you cancel a reservation, the following cancellation fees apply, counted back from the day of the experience.
15 days or more before
25% cancellation fee
8–14 days before
50% cancellation fee
Within 7 days
100% cancellation fee
No-show
100% cancellation fee
For VIP retreats, group tours and bespoke programs involving accommodation, transportation, private instructors, restaurants or other special arrangements, additional cancellation conditions may apply. Any special conditions will be explained to you before your booking is confirmed.
Absence
If you cannot attend a lesson, please contact us by email (contact@ageshiojapan.com) or phone (098-988-3888) before it starts. If you miss a lesson without letting us know, we will not be able to accept further bookings.
Notes for participation
- Pick-up is not included; please arrange your own transportation.
- We cannot look after valuables, and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Please be respectful to teachers and other students. We may ask anyone who causes trouble or behaves inappropriately to leave.
- If you have an illness or injury, please take part only after getting permission from your doctor.
- We are not responsible for any accident, injury or dispute with other students during lessons.
Dojo etiquette
- Please show respect to the Okinawan karate masters.
- Bow when you enter and leave the dojo.
- Do not disturb other students.
- Please bring your own karate uniform, towel and drink.
- Arrive 20 minutes before the lesson starts.
- Switch off your mobile phone during lessons.
- Photos and recordings are not allowed during lessons without permission.
